  • A number of 1:1 coaching sessions to plan and deliver your agreed programme

  • On line activities and personal support to prepare your move

  • Video meeting(s) or telephone calls with your consultant and face to face meetings when restrictions allow

  • Working together to progress each stage of your programme

  • Helping to establish your new network

  • Intensive preparation for interviews and selection processes


We work at a flexible pace that suits you and your circumstances. Coaching programmes will be arranged in a timescale that best suits you and you will work with a dedicated consultant throughout.
